DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

Article 1: Parties

This contract has been established electronically between İpeqa Kids (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) operating at www.ipeqakids.com and the customer placing the order (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) under the following terms and conditions.

Article 2: Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s www.ipeqakids.com website.

Article 3: Product Information

The type and kind of the product/products, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method and delivery information are the same as the product/products notified to the Buyer at the time the order was placed.

Article 4: Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer and will be carried out through the cargo company specified during the order. The delivery period is within 30 business days from the order confirmation. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure and the cargo company.

Article 5: Payment Terms

The product price will be collected by credit card or other payment methods at the time of ordering. Payment will be made as specified during the ordering.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to special size and personalized products purchased through ipeqakids.com. Such products cannot be returned or changed.

Article 7: Product Return and Exchange Conditions

Except for the right of withdrawal specified above, returns and exchanges are not accepted for special size and personalized products. The Buyer must carefully examine all the features of the product and place an order. If the product arrives faulty or defective, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 3 business days from the date of receipt.

Article 8: Confidentiality

Personal information provided by the Buyer will be kept confidential by the Seller and will not be shared with third parties. The Buyer agrees to the use of this information for the purpose of processing and delivering the order.

Article 9: Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for all disputes that may arise in the implementation of this contract.

Article 10: Enforcement

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract at the time of placing an order through the website. The Seller will send a copy of this contract to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
